Production line features:
● According to customers' requirements, choose a reasonable dosing method, such as: peristaltic pump, plunger pump, piston pump, weighing module, flowmeter, etc.
● When the equipment is working, the filling needle can be moved up and down to prevent liquid from foaming or splashing.
● It has the function of automatic protection when the filling needle deviates from the bottle mouth during filling. If the filling needle deviates, the dosing pump will stop working to avoid liquid contamination of the machine.
● The main body of the equipment is made of stainless steel SUS 304#, aluminum alloy, non-toxic polymer materials, etc. The parts in contact with the liquid are made of pharmaceutical grade polymer materials or 316L stainless steel materials, and the overall production line equipment meets GMP requirements.
● The production line with different output can be customized according to customers' requirements.
