● According to the power system of the customer's equipment, the precision cam technology is used to drive the manipulator to automatically complete the cap fetching, pre-screwing and capping operations, and the operation quality of the equipment is stable and reliable.

● It is required to choose a reasonable metering method, such as: peristaltic pump, plunger pump, piston pump, etc.

● Using precise servo technology to control the capping torque.

● The main body of the equipment is made of stainless steel SUS 304#, aluminum alloy, non-toxic polymer material, etc. The filling needle is made of medical grade polymer material or 316L stainless steel material, and the overall production line equipment meets GMP requirements.

● According to customers' requirements, the production line with output of 25~100 bottles/min (or even higher) can be customized.
