The composition of the production line process: feeding and separating the dishes + filling + cooling and solidification + closing the cap → coding (labeling) → stacking and collecting → inner packaging → --- (customized according to customer requirements).

Production line features:

● A new generation of products. According to customer's production capacity requirements and plant conditions, as well as different industries of medium application, aseptic filling production lines with different functional modules are designed.

● Adopt peristaltic pump metering method.

● According to different specifications of petri dishes, single-specification production line, or multi-specification shared production line, customized production lines with the same or different technologies can be used to maximize product output.

● According to different output, single-station flat petri dish stack collection technology can be adopted, or single-row multi-position horizontal or sunken flat plate stack collection technology can be used, and it is convenient and fast to replace specifications.

● Customers can choose FFU.

● The main body of the equipment is made of stainless steel SUS 304#, aluminum alloy, non-toxic polymer materials, etc. The parts in contact with the liquid are made of pharmaceutical grade polymer materials or 316L stainless steel. The overall production line equipment meets GMP requirements.

● According to customers' requirements, the production line with output of 500~7000 pieces/hour can be customized.
